Postdoc Benefits Orientation via Zoom Only Beginning March 17
We are suspending the in-person Postdoc Benefits Orientations until the Shelter-at-Home directive is lifted and Stanford deems it appropriate to resume in-person meetings/gatherings.
The Postdoc Benefits Orientation Session is the opportunity for incoming postdocs and their spouses to learn about the benefits offered to them including:
- Short-Term Disability
- Long-Term Disability
- TDA and Roth Retirement Plans
- Postdoc Assistance Program
- Help Center
- Travel Insurance
Upcoming Postdoc Benefit Orientation Sessions
Please be sure to register your new postdoctoral scholar for the required benefits session. It is important to have an accurate head count for presentation materials and catering planning.
All sessions run: 10:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Spouses are welcome and encouraged to attend.
All meetings are held via Zoom until further notice. Do not show up at G-19.
Location & Parking
Parking is VERY limited at this location. It is best if you can take the Marguerite Shuttle, ride a bike, or walk if weather permits. If you choose to drive, the closest parking garage is Via Ortega. Sustainable travel options are available for the Stanford community that will assist you in getting around campus.
