Time Management: Timeboxing and Leveraging Your Biorhythms (2-session workshop)
Schedule your days to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. This small-group workshop focuses on the scheduling method of timeboxing and tracking your most and least productive times and conditions to leverage them to be as efficient and effective as possible. This is a two-session workshop that also entails a week of time tracking before the first session and experimentation before the second session. This workshop will be offered again in August.
